Lemon & Herb White Fish with Hollandaise Sauce

Here’s my recipe for white fish with hollandaise sauce. I serve this dish with greens or boiled potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium white fish cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon & herb spice
  • lemon juice
  • pinch of salt (optional/depends on your taste)

Method:

In a bowl, mix flour, salt and lemon & herb spice and coat your fish.

Heat oil and fry fish on medium heat for about 5 mins or until golden brown. Drizzle lemon juice and cook for 30 more seconds. Season with black pepper.

Hollandaise Sauce

  • 3 whisked egg yolks
  • 175g butter, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch of salt/aromat
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Method:

Mix all the ingredients and whisk until thickened. Garnish with chives (optional).
